All products can be exchanged within 14 days after purchase. Products that were not personalised are eligible for a full refund.

Personalised products are eligible to be exchanged for any product of similar value. Personalised products are all products that come in different measurements (i.e. rings), have a personal name engraving (i.e. necklaces) or are in any other way personalised through a choice by the customer. This includes birthstones as well.
